On a beautiful day in Crestone, a group gathered to celebrate Earth Day by reciting Lama Zoe’s Earth Sadhana. (The road to the stupa is now passable for most vehicles.)

On a beautiful Mother’s day in Crestone, many visitors enjoyed the view from the stupa. New KTTG co-director Sergey Noskov hung prayer flags, and stupa builders Paul and Maria Motsinger came to show their children the fruits of their labor.

Visitors to Crestone and the Stupa should be aware that Curt’s Olde Country Store is now out of business. Groceries are available elsewhere in town, but Curt’s had the only gas pump. The closest gas stations now are in Hooper (30 miles from town if you’re coming from the south) and Poncha Springs (53 miles
